Feast 4: Seafood Beach Feast with Stephane Delourme

He's back.

We are beyond excited to welcome Stephane Delourme back to Baby Bay for an incredible celebration of the sea. Our collaboration last year was a sell out and one of the highlights of our summer. This year is going to be even better.

You will know Stephane from his 21 years as head chef at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, but his journey started long before that. From a two Michelin starred apprenticeship in Paris at 16, to the Hilton on Park Lane, Mirabelle, Quaglino's, the QE2 and a two Michelin starred restaurant in Dublin. Stephane has cooked everywhere and seen everything, and now he is back on our beach.

His passion for cooking is matched by a love of the fresh Cornish produce right on his doorstep and this feast will showcase exactly that.

You will be welcomed on the beach with a cocktail and a selection of amuse bouche before sitting down at the long table for four incredible courses inspired by the sea. The Porthilly Spirit Landrover Bar will be on the beach all evening with wines chosen to match the menu, local beers and cocktails.
