We'll celebrate the incredible Hogget produced by George Hills at Tretawn Farm. Hogget is a sheep between 1 and two years old and bridges the gap between Lamb and Mutton giving a more developed flavour whilst maintaining the tenderness of Lamb.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHoggett cooked whole on an Asado on the beach will form the centre piece of this magnificent four course feast. The menu is below and vegetarian and pescatarian options will be available. Tickets are priced at £75 and include a welcome drink.
