Feast 1: A Middle East inspired banquet celebrating Hogget from Tretawn Farm

We are super excited to announce our first feast of the season on Baby Bay.

Taking place on the 10th of July from 6pm we will be putting on a feast inspired by the Middle East. We'll celebrate the incredible Hogget produced by George Hills at Tretawn Farm. Hogget is a sheep between 1 and two years old and bridges the gap between Lamb and Mutton giving a more developed flavour whilst maintaining the tenderness of Lamb.

Hoggett cooked whole on an Asado on the beach will form the centre piece of this magnificent four course feast. The menu is below and vegetarian and pescatarian options will be available. Tickets are priced at £75 and include a welcome drink. The Landy Bar will be on the beach with wine beers and some cocktails too.
