For our final feast of the season we are delighted to be reprising the legendary El Barrio of Kensal Rise. Hugh Lynch and Porthilly Spirits founder Will, re-uniting behind the BBQs to bring a slice of Americana to the beach.
We will set our long table against the backdrop of the sea, laden with dishes inspired by the smoke, spice, and sunshine of the West for four memorable courses.
The menu will include platters of slow-cooked brisket, tender and rich from hours in the smoker sitting alongside sticky peanut-chipotle ribs, and hot wings with a fiery-sweet kick. It’s a menu built for getting stuck in, sharing and soaking up the coastal sunset. We’ve also got some delicious vegetarian options for those who prefer.
Will and Hugh have been cooking together for parties small and large for 20 years including a mega stint at Meatopia firing out the peanut-chipotle ribs you will get to try at the feast. They will bring big bold flavours and generous portions to the beach. A perfect way to celebrate our last feast of the year with friends old and new.
There might even be a special surprise for guests on the beach.
Tickets at £70 per head for four courses and including a welcome cocktail. The Landy Bar will be on the beach offering a selection wines, beers and cocktails.
