AFTER SUNSETA great way to serve Porthilly straight up.SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Pure Golden Rum
- Wedge of lime
METHOD
- Fill a glass a third full with water and stand it on a level surface in your freezer.
- Once frozen, take the glass out of the freezer and pour in a measure of Porthilly rum straight away.
- Squeeze a small wedge of lime into the drink to garnish.
