This is our perfectly proportioned Gin & Tonic. Juniper berries give a nod to the leading flavour of our Cornish Coastal Gin, while the grapefruit wedges bring a delightful bittersweet acidity and aroma.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Cornish Coastal Gin
150ml tonic water
- Wedges of fresh grapefruit
- Juniper berries
- Ice cubes
METHOD
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, measure in the gin and top up with tonic. Stir and garnish with the grapefruit and juniper berries.
