APERITIVOBone dry, ice cold and a little salty. Our Cornish Coastal Gin straight from the freezer, a rinse of dry vermouth and a splash of olive brine. Keep the gin and the glass in the freezer and it is ready in a minute.SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Ice cold Cornish Coastal Gin
- 10ml Cocchi Dry Vermouth
- 2 bar spoons olive brine
- 2 Olives
- Ice cold Martini Glass
METHOD
- Take a Martini glass from the freezer, it is essential the glass is ice cold
- Add the vermouth and rotate the glass so that the entire inside of the glass is covered in vermouth. It will stick to the frozen glass
- Discard any excess
- Add the olive brine
- Add the ice cold frozen gin straight from the freezer.
- Garnish with two olives on a cocktail stick
- Enjoy while it’s still super cold, smooth and delicious.
